The upgraded “Fun Science Gallery” has been developed with the philosophy that science is best learnt by doing rather than by reading. Inspired by the timeless saying, “I hear, I forget; I see, I remember; I do, I understand,” the gallery transforms science learning into an engaging and immersive experience through hands-on interaction and playful exploration. The gallery showcases a wide range of interactive exhibits based on scientific principles related to Mechanics, Magnetism, Electricity, Mathematics, Gravitation, Sound and Optics. Some of the major attractions include Amusing Mirrors, Head on a Platter, Infinity Well, Gravitational Well, Newton’s Cradle, Heartbeat and many more. These exhibits simplify complex scientific concepts and present them in an entertaining and easy-to-understand manner. Developed on the KISMIF principle “Keep It Simple & Make It Fun” the gallery encourages visitors to touch, experiment, observe and explore scientific phenomena. It promotes informal learning through participation and discovery, creating a memorable and enjoyable learning environment for visitors, especially students.
