The Center has a fully air conditioned auditorium having a seating capacity of 145. The auditorium is well equipped with audio ? visual equipments such as slide projectors, overhead projectors, LCD projectors, computers, recording facilities, cordless microphones etc. The auditorium is also available for use for like minded organisations on payment of nominal service charges.
The services of the Conference Rooms are available from 9.00am to 5.00pm only.
The service charges as as follows inclusive of air conditioning, projection system
1. Full day ₹15,000/- + service tax as applicable
2. Half day ₹10,000 /- + service tax as applicable
The Centre also has a well equipped air conditioned conference hall which has three sections with temporary folding partitions. Three simultaneous conferences can be held in the hall. This facility is available for like minded organisations for holding conferences on payment of nominal service charges.
The services of the Conference Rooms are available from 9.00am to 5.00pm only.
